Maximum Liability In Case of an Accident
• Maximum Liability of INR 10000 in case of an accident or Voler, in its sole discretion, regardless of any insurance coverage will be entitled to seek as damages for the same in the nature of liquidated damages (not being penalty), (a) An amount of INR 10000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only) (i) 100% losses incurred by Voler in repairing and restoring the Vehicle; and (ii) 100% value of the Vehicle, whichever may be higher.
Dynamic Refundable Deposit (DRD)
DRD is one the many innovations done at Voler. It gives you the flexibility to drive a car without any security deposit whenever you are booking for longer duration.
